The salon owner began to film videos based on my scenarios, which we used for ads.- We started to count the revenue to determine the ROAS.- Due to lots of sign-ups, we decided to open a second salon and started to think about the opening of the third salon as well as creating a mobile app.- We create an Insta-mask, which is very popular.- We made a system of add and general marketing reporting.- Launched Google Maps, Bolt, Uber campaigns and started to gather positive feedbacks, and increase ratings.- We started to find new staff members via targeted ads.Results of my collaboration with the project:- Salon revenue increased from € 1500 to € 3200 daily. We opened one more salon, so the total daily revenue increased to € 6400.- Two beauty salons in Milan are fully supplied with clients. The average cost of one target lead should be less than $ 10.The number of valid leads should be 40% of the overall number.The one new participant attraction cost should be under $ 300.What was the goal?Effectively spend $ 2.000 of ad budget monthly, and get the ROAS 3+ after three months of collaboration.What did I achieve in this project?- After five months of collaboration, we got the ROAS of 5 and completed the client's goal.- I joined the club and paid a fee as a new member. It helped me to understand the target audience and the client’s product.
