As part of a short but structuring support, I helped a scientific research team adopt agile methods. I implemented key Scrum rituals (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.), led training sessions on writing User Stories, and configured the GitLab ScrumBoard for project tracking. This role, combining agile coaching and product ownership, allowed me to establish a solid methodological foundation, adapted for a team still new to agility.

I supported a startup in developing an eco-responsible pre-order platform, structuring the product approach with a collaborative SCRUM framework. From defining needs to A/B testing, I ensured the product vision in conjunction with the tech, design, and marketing teams, reconciling real usage with technical constraints.
