More recently, we assisted a major HR SaaS publisher by transforming complex client needs into automated workflows. Using AI agents and cutting-edge technologies like AG2, LangChain, MCP servers, and of course, architectures enabling "RAG", we unified the management of absences, time tracking, and employee location data. Managers and employees thus gained real-time visibility, automation of routines, and cross-functional collaboration.
