• Led the research and creation of user and service journeys, performed tests with users regarding new payment methods in the app

• Built the team's financial management dashboard from scratch

• Promoted and expanded the culture of design within the company DESCRIPTION: As a part of GPA Group, James is an app that allows users to order their groceries from different stores and supermarkets. Composing the team in charge of the app's payment environment, as a senior product designer, I act as the team's reference in presenting usability and interface solutions in products, anticipating and solving problems, and creating a great experience for our users.
