Hi, my name is Vitalii. I am a Senior Software Engineer living in the Netherlands, and I have been developing software for over 12 years.

Throughout my career, I have worked on freelance projects and large enterprise solutions. I have covered the full development cycle and have experience in all key aspects of software development: backend, frontend, databases, integrations, cloud solutions, and process automation.

When I work on a task, I focus on finding a practical solution. I try to understand the problem clearly and bring the work to a logical result. I also communicate with business stakeholders and users to understand their needs and expectations.

For the past three years, I worked at EPAM. During my time there, I gained valuable experience in developing corporate applications and participated in projects for major companies such as Baker Hughes and Wood. Both companies operate in the energy sector.

Throughout my career, I have worked with almost all major technologies in the .NET ecosystem: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, WPF and Xamarin. I also have experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Azure, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, PowerShell, as well as automated integration tests with SpecFlow within the Behavior Driven Development approach.

At the same time, I do not limit myself to .NET only. In both work-related and personal projects, I also actively use Python, Node.js when they help solve a task faster and more effectively.

In recent years, I actively apply AI-driven development in my work. I use AI LLM tools such as Claude Code and Codex. Following the principles of spec-driven development helps me deliver products quickly and with high quality.

In my free time I work on my own projects: WebCAD for furniture design and a marketplace for home services.
