My first manager taught me 2 things.

The first: "Marketing is understanding what the market wants, what the company can produce, and reconciling the two".

25 years later, I combine marketing and CSR to integrate environmental issues with traditional stakeholders, and develop profitable and sustainable business models.

Utopian? No, pragmatic!

- I am hands-on and don't just stick to books: I know how to evaluate the effort/impact ratio

The difference is subtle, the effectiveness is sublime.
