I studied psychocriminology and worked in a closed psychiatric hospital. So I know how to defuse ego wars, harassment, and toxic environments in your company before there's blood on the walls. I help you (really) not to kill each other at work.

My advantage over most consultants: I've seen worse. Much worse. The manager who terrorizes their team, the report that's been gathering dust for three months, the two colleagues who've been in a cold war since the reorganization... it doesn't scare me. It interests me.

My thing is spotting what spreads in silence.

I observe. I profile. I show you where the risk is settling in, what's becoming the team's new normal, and what needs to be addressed before it leads to departures, formal complaints, or a crisis that everyone will swear they didn't see coming.

Then, I train your teams. With their real-life situations. Because a team never deteriorates all at once. It learns, little by little, to tolerate the intolerable.
