● Other HR responsibilities: design of the HR strategy and analysis for 2023 in line with business priorities and financial constraints, contribution to the deployment of the “job protection plan” during layoffs in the tech sector in 2022, conducting exit interviews, setting up an HR committee bringing together recruitment managers, HR partners, technical directors, and senior executives to support governance, workforce decisions, and cultural alignment.

- Design of the 2020 HR and corporate culture strategy (pre and during COVID, 100% remote team)

- Contingency planning: medium-term strategy for school reopening (staff and students)

- Organizational Effectiveness: trained 115 people in defining KPI/OKR objectives, researched and selected an OKR software, collaborated directly with Moringa and Anapanda IT teams to customize and deploy the software within the company

● Business development, proposal design, and quantitative research projects for West African companies; formulated strategic recommendations to improve the organizational effectiveness of the Dakar office

● Conducted a market sizing study for microfinance institutions covering 35 sub-Saharan countries; created a database of potential partners.
