I work 100% remotely from anywhere in France. You will receive a complete study file, commented via a personalized Loom video: your contractors will know exactly what to do from the first day of the construction site, without needing to contact you at every step.

What I deliver depending on the project: existing and proposed plans with dimensions, sections, elevations, technical plans, selection of materials and furniture with supplier references, complete descriptive notice for all trades, material mood board, volumetric renderings, and photorealistic 3D renderings.

I work on two types of projects: complete or partial residential renovation (apartments, houses, from a few rooms to over 200m²), and premium sports facilities (CrossFit, HYROX, pilates studios, gyms).

For sports facilities, my dual expertise as an interior architect and sports coach allows me to design spaces that are not only beautiful but also functionally sound.

My packages:

— Flash Project: €990 excl. VAT (delivery 5 days)

— Partial Renovation (1 to 3 rooms): from €2,900 excl. VAT

— Complete Renovation: from €6,500 excl. VAT

— Premium Support (luxury residential or sports facility): from €15,000 excl. VAT

What I do not handle: building permits, extensions, roof extensions, structural work.

Prerequisites to start: existing plans with dimensions and up-to-date (architect, developer, or surveyor) + comprehensive photo report of the existing space.
