20 years of experience in innovation, design, and digital, and in different contexts: large groups, mid-sized companies, start-ups, research laboratories, National Digital Council, higher education.

My dual background as an engineer (Polytechnique, Mines de Paris) and designer (Royal College of Art in London) and my experience with various stakeholders allow me to work with multidisciplinary teams, as well as across multiple departments.

My strengths are: empathy, a great capacity for analysis, synthesis, and conceptualization, creativity, the back-and-forth between macroscopic and microscopic visions, broad foresight.

Here are some possible areas of intervention, which can be combined or not:

- innovation and strategy: you need to think differently, explore, anticipate tomorrow, disseminate your vision,

- experience: you want to design the experience of a new service down to the details of all touchpoints, align all your organization's productions with the vision,

- uses: you need to understand uses, lived experiences, context, keep this knowledge at the heart of your projects, you need to take into account human and emotional factors to make strategic, investment decisions,

- interactions: you want to create differentiating physical and digital interactive experiences, work on the visualization of information and data in emotional forms, humanize or poeticize your technology.

I can intervene on these subjects at different levels: whether it concerns corporate strategy, products and services, brand issues, internal culture, or team cohesion.
