From 2020 to 2025, as a Senior Project Manager – Freelance Designer, I provided pragmatic support and versatile expertise to companies in the realization of their construction and development projects, whether for event and ephemeral spaces, retail and commercial locations, or layout and secondary construction work. My role was to facilitate the realization of ideas, from design to completion, including the study phases and site monitoring. I also strengthened my clients' teams for specific or longer-term assignments.

My expertise has been particularly focused on managing customized projects in the event and retail sectors, where I ensured creative and technical design (3D modeling, technical studies, costings), execution, and monitoring of the work. I had the pleasure of collaborating on stand or point-of-sale layout projects for brands and companies such as: Scubapro, Assurances Generali, Comité de Tourisme des Îles de Guadeloupe, Diehl Metering, Mistral Gin, Dare & Drink, Lacoche Yachting, Pain de Sucre, Alievna, and Fabricca dela Musa perfumes.

In parallel with these activities, I also shared my know-how as a trainer, giving courses for the CCIs of the PACA region, for LC Formation, and at the ITECOM school, in the fields of space design, retail layout, and merchandising. In addition, I provided technical management on large-scale trade shows, managing surfaces ranging from 2000 to 30000 m².

From 2015 to 2020, as a Project Manager – Event and Retail Designer within the Artcom Agency, I managed a portfolio of markets while managing customized stand and retail layout projects, from design to delivery. My role included the development of technical files, the realization of production studies, and the rigorous monitoring of construction sites. I also ensured customer relationship management and commercial follow-up of projects.

In parallel with these responsibilities, I provided my technical expertise by assisting the Artistic Direction in assessing the feasibility of the agency's layout projects, thus guaranteeing their technical and budgetary viability. I also contributed to the enhancement of the visual and audiovisual communication of brands through the creation of impactful representation spaces (stands, displays). My expertise extended to merchandising and improving the attractiveness of points of sale, by designing functional and aesthetic layouts, mastering merchandising techniques and visual presentation of products.

From 2012 to 2015, I founded and managed SteelDesign, an arts and crafts company specializing in the design and manufacture of metalwork, metalwork, and artistic ironwork for residential housing and layout. As manager, I ensured the complete management of the company and projects, from custom technical and aesthetic design, through the establishment of costings, rigorous monitoring of construction sites, commercial and financial management, to the manufacture of works in our workshop. Anxious to pass on my know-how, I also trained apprentices and young people in BTS within the company. My commitment to the profession was reflected in my participation as a member of the examination evaluation jury for the Chambre des Métiers des Alpes Maritimes as well as for vocational high schools in Cannes and Nice.
