I am currently working at The Dolder Grand, where I am responsible for the operational support and execution of events. This role allows me to continuously deepen my previous experience and gain valuable insights into the processes within high-quality luxury events. Additionally, I work closely with the renowned 5-star luxury hotel, continuously developing my skills in the professional event environment.

After three years in the event sector, I moved to one of the most renowned event locations in Cologne to further deepen my experience in organizing professional and high-quality events.

Full responsibility for the conception, planning, marketing, and execution of events – from idea to implementation.

Offer and cost calculation, invoice processing, and budget control for all events.

On-site event management, including personnel planning, team leadership, and coordination of external service providers.

Comprehensive customer support throughout the entire event process, from consultation to follow-up and success monitoring.

I joined the company as a student with my own business ideas and was the first to propose using events for new customer acquisition and increasing brand awareness.

Development of event concepts within the company's given budget, tailored to different corporate goals.

Creation of contracts for event staff and their recruitment. Creation and management of online advertisements and marketing strategies to attract visitors.

On-site event management.

Post-event success monitoring and processing of payroll for employees.

Due to successful implementation, a significant increase in new customers, higher sales figures, and improved visibility of the company in and around Cologne were achieved. Based on these results, I was permanently hired after six months.
