With passion and expertise, I stand as an independent HR & OE consultant and coach for a modern and life-affirming world of work, where people come into their own and enthusiastically follow the company's vision. It is my strong concern to create a new narrative in the world of work through my work as an HR consultant and job coach and to sustainably improve cooperation in companies.

In my many years of experience in HR, I have not only gained operational experience in the people area but, thanks to many years of collaboration with managers, have also developed a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the world of work. My training as a systemic coach additionally supports me in my work as an HR & organizational consultant. In addition, as a job coach, I focus on individual support and help people define and achieve their career goals.

My technical skills can be summarized as follows:
