Project Director within a new service center aimed at consolidating security integration projects covering the following areas:

Harmonie Technologie, a consulting and technical expertise firm specializing in information systems (SSI), supports major clients and companies in implementing security solutions.

Team Manager of 8 people within the security integration department:

Missions performed:

▪ CANAL+ (2013): Security project manager for Canal+ France's unified authentication system.

In 2011, Canal+ launched the P@SS project (Simple and Secure Access Project) with Harmonie Technologie to provide the Group's Web integrators with a simple and scalable solution managing all security issues (Authentication, SSO, etc.). Attached to the Web IT department (20 people) in a managed service capacity, my role was to manage all operational aspects of the project.

▪ CREDIT AGRICOLE FNCA (2012): Security architect & project manager for the CA Store project.

In 2012, Crédit Agricole launched an ambitious project, "CAStore," aimed at creating a community of users and developers for the creation of new mobile banking applications. This project involved the creation of a Web portal and an API for developers. Attached to the FNCA marketing team, I was involved in architecture design, consulting, and support for security issues and Agile project management.

▪ CREDIT AGRICOLE TECHNOLOGIES (2011): Project Director and Backend Developer for the "Mon Budget" server application.

The Crédit Agricole "Mon Budget" mobile application allows users to check account balances, manage budgets, optimize spending, and plan projects. Attached to the project management office (MOE), my role was to manage all operational aspects of the project as well as the development of the SOA & mobile part.
