Brought on board to help build a self-service solution to eliminate toil (tickets created by developers to request resources) in the cloud/infra team and to advise as a senior role.

Design and develop an automation engine in Golang (for self-service) based on Pulumi and pkl lang. Perform various operational tasks.

Part of a team building an internal development platform based around GCP and Kubernetes (GKE) and Terraform so that developers can focus on the applications without having to worry about infrastructure related updates and configuration, security, scalability, etc.. Introduced cdk8s as part of the GitOps flow based on FluxCD which is used to deliver changes on the platform.
