Having built my operational and corporate skills in Paris, London and Madrid, I am a strong result-driven professional with a solid background on analytical, business strategy and system implementation. I work alongside management and finance teams to optimize systems to the business necessity.

Thanks to both my operational background, a strong expertise in a wide range of information systems (MS Offices suite, VBA, SAP, Maconomy, etc.) and programming skills, I am used to assess the needs of a company, define and implement effective reporting system and dashboard supporting decision making and, streamlining business efficiency and profitability.

Specifically, I led ERPs implementations, with the objectives to ensure data accuracy, provide the management team with dashboards supporting decision making and reduce reporting time frame in a leading advertising group as well as I developed reporting tools to support the day to day running of the business of smaller agencies.
