Mechanical/Mechatronics Design Engineer responsible for the finalization of the design and industrialization of the Interactive Glasses 2.0 product, and its variations in Client Projects.

Define the mechatronic architecture of the product and contribute to the development of technical specifications, in interface with the Electronics team (analog/digital).

Detailed design (CAD) of sub-assemblies and the glasses, taking into account ergonomics and integration constraints (Mechanical/Electronics). This stage may involve interactions with specialized partners (Designers, Ergonomists, Field Experts...)

Occasional performance of calculation notes, Strength of Materials, etc.

Selection of materials (mechanical, alloys, and plastic) and standard/manufacturing processes (machining, injection molding, additive manufacturing) and selection/monitoring of the chosen partner or channel.

Implementation of an industrialization process and associated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) documentation management.

Application of mechanical design and professional design processes (Material and/or Medical Certification)

▪ Working on industrial machines (develop carbon fiber 3D

printing - robot and develop a unique, patented additive

manufacturing technology at the nanometric and micrometric

scale, which is able to deposit any liquid material on any surface,

with high freedom of design).

▪ Management of internal projects and customer’s projects from

mechanical/ structural design (3D design, lolerance analysis,

detailed drawings, assembly drawings, bill of materials BOM)

to prototype, stress analysis, material and vibration testing,

validation and production
