Led requirements gathering workshops, gathered and analyzed needs, identified IT impacts, and defined functional solutions. Challenged IT estimates, prioritized evolutions, managed releases, and coordinated contributors in an Agile Scrum environment.

Supervised functional design, validated testing strategy and acceptance testing, contributed to banking approvals, monitored schedules, resources, and budgets. Coordinated with user support for incident and change request management.

Main projects:

Redesign of the IPPI documentary architecture: role of Editorial Squad Leader, managed documentary evolutions and coordinated legal, regulatory, and commercial impacts.

Project DPE (Energy Performance Diagnosis): managed evolutions for integrating energy criteria into credit offers and establishing energy traceability for loans for Group CSR reporting.

Regulatory DCC2 program: analyzed regulatory requirements, scoped IT impacts on credit processes, managed cost estimations, functional specifications, and development monitoring.

Coordinated multidisciplinary teams located in Paris, Lille, and Marseille (editor Prologia / West Credit), composed of Business Analysts, testers, developers, Tech Lead, Agile Master, and RPA experts.

Assignment within the RESG/CFT/FIN department, responsible for IT systems supporting the Finance function of the Société Générale Group.

Assignment within the Compliance Stream as part of the FOOPS Global Markets Chain program aimed at consolidating Front & Back Office IT systems on a single MUREX platform, with the parallel launch of the Gas & Power product.

Responsible for functional management and coordination of regulatory evolutions on EMIR and CFTC reporting for the new G&P product.

Main responsibilities:

• Functional lead and project coordinator for the implementation of regulatory reporting on MUREX

• Gathering and formalizing business needs in collaboration with Compliance and Front Office teams

• Writing and validating detailed functional specifications, including mapping of expected fields vs. MUREX

• Multi-team coordination: offshore development (Serbia) for the Datamart and local teams for the MUREX interface

• Managing development execution and project reporting to stakeholders

• Developing, supervising, and validating functional test plans

• Leading the UAT phase and supporting key users

• Supervising production deployment and ensuring deliverable reliability
