Main local technical support for the smart water meter project in Melbourne, Australia. In this role, I was responsible for level 2 support for a SaaS project, ensuring that all reported issues were addressed in a timely manner and with the appropriate priority level.

As the sole local support for the last 6 months, I monitored the system's smooth operation in production and pre-production environments.

The main responsibilities include:

• Supporting validation phases by simulating and testing various use cases

• Accessing and configuring system parameters

• Analyzing various reported issues and developing tools to automate analysis and reduce time spent on recurring tasks

• Developing data analysis tools with PowerShell to detect losses and create tracking KPIs in full automation

• Assisting Yarra Valley Water in understanding and testing the SICONIA solution (SCADA system) for each release

• Ensuring the continuous and incident-free operation of production and testing platforms

To succeed in this role, I built a strong relationship with the client, based on trust, technical expertise, and effective problem-solving.

Transition period between the ESO project in Lithuania and the Yarra Valley Water project in Australia. This phase involved transferring knowledge and responsibilities from the ESO project to my replacements, as well as preparing for the next Yarra Valley Water project.

1.2 M Electricity Smart Meter / NB-IoT / CAT-M / SCADA / UAT / JIRA / Scripting

As the sole local technical support, my primary responsibility was to ensure ESO (Lithuania) customer satisfaction by supporting the Smart Meter and Head-End System (HES) products provided by Sagemcom. Key responsibilities included:

• Acting as a technical supervisor and reporting key findings to the company

• Working on system improvements and optimization strategies to maximize KPI performance, particularly in data collection and communication

• Leading and overseeing testing phases (SIT, UAT, Production Hypercare)

• Investigating system and meter issues, reporting on them, and coordinating with various product teams (Meter / System / IT) to ensure prompt resolution and delivery

• Managing technical operations, including troubleshooting, reporting, training, analysis, and tool development to support project success
