Project: Support and integration of electrical network modeling software.

Participation in the production launch of the EMS system for the Norwegian national electricity grid. Drafting of technical proposals for the update and integration of new software, representing over 150 person-months. Leading daily scrum meetings as part of the Agile work methodology.

Liaison with foreign clients and several GE sites worldwide (Norway, Romania, USA, India). Management of a team of 4 integrators of different nationalities. Over 10 site interventions carried out for clients in Norway.

Expertise acquired in the configuration and modeling of electrical networks. Administration of data deployment software on over 50 production servers. Integration of frequency regulation software, communicating with the European PICASSO platform.

Development of PL/SQL Oracle database procedures. Updating script files in various languages (python, perl, powershell, ant, qvto). Setting up automatic test environments under Katalon. Talend project configuration for data model conversion representing over 5 GB. Development in compliance with CIM and CGMES standards. Software configuration management: Git, SVN, TFS. Server deployment: SCCM, Jenkins. Ticket and project tracking: Jira, ServiceNow, Aha!.

Project: Development of a flight recorder.

Organization of the technical team (5 engineers). Project planning. Client liaison (reporting, requirements review). Technical needs specification. Definition of mechanical, electronic, and software system architecture.

Management of the development of:

• A hardened ATR-format unit including VPX backplane cards, fiber optics, ethernet switch, removable SSD hard drives.

• Electronic cards based on Altera Cyclone V SocFPGA.

• A miniaturized system for taking photos.

Technical environment: FPGA, ATR, VPX, SFPDP, DO-160.

Project: Development of a Bluetooth communication product for the equestrian domain.

Management of a team of 3 engineers.

Management of software, electronic, and mechanical development. Client interfaces (weekly meetings, action implementation). Management and negotiation of component procurement (especially from the Asian market). Drafting of the general and software architecture specification.

Development of low-level and application software. Development of BC128 driver (Bluetooth module). Use of Bluetooth profiles SPP, HFP, A2DP, BLE. Integration of a bootloader for Bluetooth updates (BLE and SPP). Production setup and monitoring: over 1000 kits produced.

Technical environment: C language, PIC24 Microcontroller, Bluetooth 4.0, Audio.
