Development and Documentation: Elaboration of technical specifications, mockups (Sketch), requirements documents, and documentation (Sphinx) for projects, with the implementation of version control systems (Mercurial, Git) and bug tracking (Fogbugz, Jira). Marketing and Communication: Creation and maintenance of showcase websites (WordPress) and marketing materials (Affinity Publisher, Sketch) to effectively promote products. Training and Mentoring: Supervision of interns and developers for skill development, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and support for professional growth.
