I am an "expert scientist" accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research since 2008 - My accreditation was recently renewed for the maximum period, until 2026. As a scientific expert, I carry out research activities with or for companies.

- Fundamental research (this work is undertaken either out of pure scientific interest - free fundamental research - or to make a theoretical contribution to solving technical problems - oriented fundamental research);

- Applied research (aims to discern possible applications of fundamental research results or to find new solutions to achieve a specific, pre-determined objective);

- Experimental development (based on knowledge obtained from research or practical experience, is carried out - using prototypes or pilot plants - with a view to launching new products, establishing new processes, or substantially improving existing ones). My accreditation unfortunately prohibits me from publicly discussing my work or the clients for whom I work. Nevertheless, the fields are varied, ranging from computer science to mathematics or a combination of both (Artificial Intelligence, Vision / NLP, Large social networks and knowledge organization, Database management with... 200 billion lines, datamining...). As a consultant, I carry out consulting missions in R&D, in tax optimization around R&D (JEI status, CIR - Research Tax Credit, FCPI), or R&D (preparation, state of the art, management, ...) and I can also defend cases before various commissions in case of disputes.
