• Ecological Transition:

• Author of the "Circular Economy" narrative for the Saclay plateau and its territorial action program

• Manager of sustainable development and biodiversity projects for the Paris Saclay plateau

• Manager of circular economy projects for the Saclay plateau, linked to a decarbonization initiative for the Essonne industrial fabric.

Placing reputation and influence at the core of corporate communication strategy. Creation of a large-scale influence and communication department, steering AXA France's reputation strategy (internal, external, digital), and strengthening societal engagement (CSR, inclusion), with measurable results in visibility and impact.

• AXA France Influence:

• In charge of communication and the "Influence" roadmap for the CEO (drafting op-eds and speeches) and supervision of major events (Climate Academy)

• Responsible for developing AXA's influence with policymakers in coordination with the public affairs department.

• AXA France Reputation and Communication:

• Creation and structuring of the "Communication and Reputation" department for AXA France (analysis, action, anticipation) in collaboration with AXA UK and AXA Germany.

• Creation and direction of narratives related to Ecological Transition, inclusion, and employer branding (CSR)

• Director of the AXA crisis communication unit.

Giving a strong institutional voice to a strategic sector and ensuring its influence. Representing the forest-wood sector to public authorities, managing communication and public affairs, developing unifying projects (Wood Health, Wood Luxury), and structuring a growing interprofessional organization.

• Management and organization of the entire Federation

• Public affairs and communication for the forest-wood sector (sectors: wood construction, furniture, paper, sawmills, forestry)

• Director of publications "Living Environment, Wood Tomorrow" (60 pages), "Wood and Luxury" (50 pages), "Wood and Health" (50 pages)

• Key achievements: structuring the Strategic Sector Contract within the National Industry Council and co-drafting the National Low-Carbon Strategy with the relevant ministries; responsible for relations with the Ministers of Agriculture and Industry.
