I joined the company as a partner to save the project and the company after a total failure of the platform development that prevented the product launch. I re-imagined and re-defined the product, re-designed and re developed the platform from scratch and took the project from the founder's initial idea to a successful product launch with widespread end-user adoption. Joined the company at a critical juncture—after the complete collapse of the original platform left the product dead in the water. Brought in as a partner to turn things around, I led the full resurrection of the project: redefining the product vision, rebuilding the platform from scratch, and transforming a failed concept into a fully operational, widely adopted digital service.
