Vincent quickly got up to speed technically and functionally on our e-commerce site. He correctly identified the source of a persistent and very troublesome bug that existed in the code (before he joined the mission). He managed the first production deployment of the new version correctly in collaboration with our hosting provider's teams, which allowed him to better understand our technical environment.
