AREA OF INTERVENTION

As Scrum Master / Team Leader, ensure the transition between scrum masters who are leaving or joining their teams following new recruitments.
Guardian of the Scrum method and its implementation in projects within the scope of intervention, taking into account new opportunities related to the current situation (emphasis on remote work):
Assist with sprint planning, organize daily meetings (DSM) or "ceremonies" (retrospectives, reviews, demos) … for each team.
Develop a global Agile strategy for the projects concerned.
Support teams in defining KPIs, creating monitoring boards, and facilitating workshops.
Assist in creating Agile process training materials for each new joiner (onboarding documentation).
