Program audit or launch scoping, tool selection, creator recruitment strategy, tracking, remuneration model, scaling. For DTC/Shopify brands, agencies, scale-ups.

▸ Sales & CS Team Coaching and Mentoring (recurring, 1/2 to 1 day/week)

Closing, discovery, structuring sales conversations, onboarding, managing managers. For sales leaders building their first team.

▸ Senior Customer Success (transition or advisory)

Building the CS function, playbooks, portfolio segmentation, transitioning from reactive CS to expansion-driven CS.

Sectors: e-commerce / DTC, B2B SaaS, marketplaces, B2B scale-ups, services.

Not for me: missions >3 days/week continuously, agencies looking for staff, projects without C-level sponsorship.
