Within Arsène innovation, front-end development (React.js) and UI design (Figma) from scratch for a large-scale FEC analysis web application (called FEXTRA):

The lawyer, through our application, will act as an auditor for their clients. When a client receives a tax audit from the administration, they will be required to submit a compliant FEC. Our tool will verify its compliance through conformity tests.

To meet these requirements and present the tool intuitively, several solutions were implemented:

• Mockups on Figma for better project visualization

• Verification of company identity using its SIREN number

• Representation of companies and their FEC by fiscal year in a DataGrid format (MaterialUI library)

• Representation of FEC lines and accounting entries

• Interpretation of results, with explanations of each line or accounting entry in a pop-up

• Facilitation of tool adoption by navigating between tests using the left/right keyboard arrows

• Graphical representation of relevant data in graph format (Echarts library)

• Creation of tables to visualize the company's balance sheet, chart of accounts, and income statement.

• Comparison and verification of the conformity of tax returns, between the FEC and the one the user chooses to upload into the application.

• Multi-year comparison for each fiscal year: for a given company, the FECs analyzed within that company are compared year by year, to analyze the list of clients that occurred each year, or to analyze various amounts each year.

• Competition analysis

Ultimately, the application is intended to be commercialized.

Teaching front-end development for 2 training organizations: Bocal Academy and W3Schools, as a freelancer. For each organization, about ten learners, from all backgrounds, were trained online:

• Learning Javascript, HTML, CSS, and React.js languages

• Presentation materials for course follow-up.

• Exercises for each learner: adaptation of exercises based on the learner's difficulty level.

• Listening and benevolence.

• Final project, allowing assimilation of the languages.

Within the American multinational Concentrix Corporation, technical support for one of their cloud tools: Avaya Cloud Office.

This tool is an all-in-one cloud communication system. With Avaya Cloud Office, company clients can communicate through various channels:

• Phone call with an Avaya phone provided

• Phone call by directly dialing a number in the tool

• SMS

• Fax

• Meetings, with a link allowing the interlocutor to connect without downloading the application.

The objective was to help any client of French, British, and American nationality resolve an issue or better understand the application.

The first month of integration into the company consisted of comprehensive training on the tool, to become operational the following month.

Support was mainly provided via chat, email, or phone.

The team consisted mainly of 2 managers and about ten support engineers, all of different nationalities.

Each week, a meeting was organized for everyone to express themselves and indicate if they had any issues with a client.

There was a lot of mutual aid and knowledge sharing regularly every day among colleagues.
