Support for financial institutions and companies:

• Regulatory and voluntary compliance (CSRD, taxonomy, SFDR, Article 29 LEC, SBTi FINZ);

• Development of labeled financial products and impact strategies;

• Elaboration of climate and biodiversity transition plans (Carbon footprint, risk identification, target setting, trajectories, and action plan);

• ESG due diligence and support for counterparties in their decarbonization strategy.

. Design and delivery of training on the regulatory framework for sustainable finance (SFDR, CSRD, CSDDD, MiFID II, EU Taxonomy, EU GBS) and analysis of implications for investment/financing strategies.

Institutional representation and participation in industry working groups

• - Representation of ADEME in working groups dedicated to climate and biodiversity transition plans (SBTi FINZ, ATP-COL, CDP, EFRAG, IFD, FIR);

• - Facilitation of working groups with the European Commission (DG FISMA, DG ENV) and supervisors (AMF, ACPR, ESMA) on the harmonization of the regulatory framework for sustainable finance;

• - Member of the impact committee of the ACT for climate fund (Fideas Capital). . Development of tools and methodologies to support financial institutions in building and evaluating their decarbonization strategy in line with the Paris Agreement objectives

• - Development of ACT Finance (Accelerate Climate Transition) and ACT Pas à pas methodologies dedicated to the financial sector to evaluate and build a transition plan aligned with the Paris Agreement and CSRD;

• - Presentation of the ACT methodology at internal and external conferences;

• - Annual evaluation of companies' Say on Climate in partnership with FIR;

• - Monitoring of work on the Banque de France's climate indicator and the Dividendes Climats initiative;

• - Development, with the AMF, of the Climate Transparency Hub to centralize and analyze 29 LEC reports.

. Project management and consortium coordination (AMF, ACPR, MTE, IFD, I4CE, RMI, 2Dii, and ADEME)

• - Development and coordination of the consortium's responses to European consultations (SFDR, CSRD) and formulation of strategic positions;

• - Annual presentation of project work and deliverables to the European Commission during dedicated workshops.

Contribution to the development of the European regulatory framework for sustainable finance

• - Representation of French authorities in European bodies in the construction of the European Ecolabel framework for financial products;

• - Contribution to the EFRAG working group on the construction of the ESRS E1 standard, particularly on the definition of the climate transition plan (based on the ACT methodology).

Support for companies in developing and evaluating their decarbonization strategy

• - Development of the ACT evaluation methodology jointly with CDP, for all business sectors and harmonization of the methodology with regulatory disclosure frameworks (CSRD, Taxonomy);

• - Promotion and presentation of the methodology at internal and external conferences and events.

Development of sustainable finance labels

• - Participation in working groups on the redesign of the ISR label and member of the Greenfin label committee;

• - Integration of the concept of transition plans into labels and harmonization of frameworks with the new regulatory framework.

Definition and development of the notion of impact in finance

• - Participation in French (IFD) and international (GIIN) industry working groups on the notion of impact for a financial product and its measurement;

• - Participation in the construction of reference frameworks for measuring the impact of a financial product: the Climate Impact Management System (CIMS) and the impact potential assessment grid (IFD work).
