As a product of customer relations for 20 years, having had the chance to evolve and discover all the dimensions of this exciting profession, I wish today to be your customer satisfaction copilot.

This is how I conceived VdeuxH: more than a freelance consultant, an accompaniment in your Customer Strategy, according to your needs and resources, responding to your challenges and ambitions by putting the customer at the center of your attention.

I have two deep convictions today:

- All companies, regardless of their size, can easily implement quality customer relations that meet the expectations of their target audience.

- People must be at the heart of concerns, whether they are customers or employees.

From Customer Advisor in 2003 to Director of Services & Operations in 2022, including Project Manager, Team Manager, and International Coordinator, I have in-depth knowledge of the entire chain and an ability to move agilely from strategy to operations, from long-term vision to concrete daily reality.

B2B or B2C, local or international, French company or foreign group... I have been able to draw on the richness of my experiences to develop an adaptability that allows me to get the best out of all situations and all individuals.
