The topic of new employees or personnel is often associated with headaches and uncertainty. I know this myself from my time at HÄNG.com, where I hired a total of 35 people. The biggest challenge is usually that hiring is rarely a strength in the founder team, and recruiting quickly becomes a bottleneck.

My focus is on founder-led companies in the DACH region, usually under 50 employees, who have no internal HR person/structure and still need to hire the right people quickly.

I don't think like a classic recruiter, but like a founder. For me, it's not just about filling a position, but about finding long-term suitable employees who truly fit the company both professionally and culturally. My goal is to ensure that hiring does not become a founder bottleneck.
