2023 - SOS VILLAGE D'ENFANTS: Payroll solution migration project from SAGE X3 PEOPLE to TEAMS RH.

• Complete project management internally and with CEGEDIM

• Interface development (analysis, testing, go-live).

• Management of payroll, HR admin, and interface testing (development of testing strategy and test plans, coordination of testing sessions with user support and JIRA ticket creation/tracking)

• Implementation and tracking of JIRA ticket dashboards (creation vs. resolution, resolution time, breakdown...).

• Management of the first three months of RUN and validation of the VSR

2023/2024 - GALILEO GLOBAL ÉDUCATION: PEOPLE NET to TEAMS RH migration project

• Assistance as a TEAMS RH product expert for interfaces.

• Data migration (data migration strategy, data migration testing strategy, file construction, testing of each RUN)

2024 – Client 3: Post-migration audit on TEAMSRH

• Situation analysis by reviewing JIRA tickets and interviewing HRIS and payroll stakeholders

• Presentation of findings, identification of dysfunctions, root cause analysis, and proposed solutions

2024/2025 – Client 4: Migration of 3 clients to TEAMS RH (2 clients of 500 payrolls and 1 client of 3000 payrolls)

Migration of the HRIS to CEGEDIM tools

- Project management: HRIS mapping, definition of all actions to be taken, creation and tracking of the schedule, management and coordination of internal and editor committees

- User training and change management

- Interfaces: development, testing, and go-live (Example interfaces: Horoquartz files / contracts / payroll variables / absences / activities, Sage Finance payroll OD / Suppliers / Payments, Meal Vouchers, MyReport)

- Payroll and Administrative Management: analysis, testing, and coordination of testing sessions

- Data migration: Creation of source files, integration, and testing in Teams RH (3 runs completed)

Administration of all HR software for the group

- Supervision and support of a project manager

- Maintenance of the existing HRIS (Daily monitoring of automated processes, creation and prioritization of requests with the editor, management of internal and external committees, ensuring version upgrades)

- Development of the existing HRIS using continuous improvement (identifying dysfunctions and proposing concrete actions). Development and presentation of a costed project based on a problem statement.

- Management and coordination of projects approved by the Human Resources department from requirements gathering to go-live, while playing a functional role in each project phase: testing, go-live, user training, analysis, requirements definition, testing, and/or coordination of testing sessions.
