Vincent Grondin

With 22 years of experience in an operational control center of a private jet airline based in Geneva, I apply my aeronautical skills as an operations consultant and trainer for ground staff. I have left the "heat of the action" to pass on my knowledge in flight planning and monitoring, understanding and interpreting meteorological phenomena for aviation, as well as air regulations, with ICAO and EASA as references for Europe.

Native of Reunion Island, I have a strong interest in international technical cooperation on the African continent, and I participated in a mission in Central Africa as a trainer under EASA mandate.

I produce e-learning courses (distance learning) as well as in-person training, particularly for aeronautical training organizations, as a freelance instructor for "flight dispatchers" (Flight Planners, or "ground pilots").

I also provide consulting for future airline projects in the field of operations, including conducting operational feasibility studies, remotely and on-site, to inform project leaders about the choices to be made, such as aircraft type, capacity, flight routes with or without stops, required regulatory equipment, etc.
