• - Handling of L1 and L2 IT support with occasional L3 interventions, ensuring efficient service continuity for employees.

• - In-depth diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, network, and messaging incidents in various user environments.

• - Installation, configuration, and preventive and corrective maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and business applications.

• - Rigorous tracking of tickets via the internal ticketing tool, adherence to SLAs, and improvement of processing times.

• - Active participation in the evolution of the IT infrastructure in collaboration with technical teams (deployments, system updates, workstation standardization).
