- Monitor, enforce, and control: Customer management procedures validated by the group and improve them if necessary. Operating rules and objectives validated by the group. Group payment terms and decide on ad hoc terms to be granted to customers if necessary. (Schedules, deadline extensions) Ensure reporting of accounts receivable management to hierarchy. Production of KPIs, collection monitoring table, aging analysis. Support hierarchy in raising awareness among process stakeholders about customer risks and the role of credit management (establishment directors, training, admissions, etc.). Sustain functional relationships and relationships with customers. Directly manage debtors whose situation requires intervention. Manage and support the team in their missions, in the operational optimization of their functions, and in their roles within the customer process. Coordinate and lead all preventive and curative actions to be taken for the recovery of customer debts. Ensure the follow-up and execution of legal actions (external service providers). Monitor the evolution and autonomy of the team. Participate in projects impacting their function. (Procedure review, tools, evolution, organization…)
