Management of all foundational aspects: legal structuring (SPVs / club deals), deployment of SaaS architecture (Odoo, fleet telematics, investor KYC process), development of the economic model (depreciation, asset-by-asset forecasts, unit profitability management), implementation of the operational insurance system.

Parallel entrepreneurial activity

– Direct management of 20 employees (7 departments); coordination of 6 European subsidiaries.

– Supervision of 20,000 active charging stations; management of fleet MTTD / MTTR / availability and incident management.

– Deployment of strategic projects: Belib' Paris (350 stations, 2,000 charging points) and Source London (400 stations).

– Implementation of a centralized customer service across Europe (Konecta) — budget and operational control.

– Development and industrialization of 150 EV products; production of 10,000–15,000 units/year; budget: €15 million.

– Securing deliveries in a crisis context: COVID, component shortages, ERP launch.

– Structuring the organization: 25 → 175 employees in France in 4 years (500 in Europe).

– Winning public contracts (City of Paris, Lille...) through improved performance and customer satisfaction.

– Took over production responsibility following a founder's departure: management of the workshop and industrial partners.

– Structuring of the assembly line: EMS, plastic injection, sheet metal, electronic boards, electrical cabinets.

– Quality – costs – deadlines arbitration; meeting customer delivery commitments in a constrained environment.
