UX/UI design and product strategy mission for INPACT, a social management firm with 40 years of expertise. Design of INPACT Plus, a payroll outsourcing SaaS platform: business needs audit, information architecture, interactive prototypes, and Figma mockups. Redesign of the marketing showcase website focused on conversion. Direct collaboration with stakeholders (management, payroll experts) to translate complex HR processes (DSN, URSSAF, SILAE) into clear and usable interfaces.

Since 2021, I have been the principal UX/UI Designer for BoatOn.

Initially focused on task and inventory management, the software has progressively incorporated more complex modules: logbook with AIS tracking, scheduling calendar, crew management, statistics dashboard...

The evolutions are iterative and built in close collaboration with the product team and maritime professionals.

My goal is to design a clear, coherent, and modular interface to support the evolution of a business SaaS tool in a constantly changing environment.

The objective is to meet complex business needs (maintenance, logistics, reporting) while ensuring:

- ease of use

- interface scalability

- long-term design system maintainability

Took over and improved screens for a rental management marketplace.

Also responsible for coordinating and managing the project implementation between developers and the client.

Acting Product Owner: responsible for daily meetings, organizing and tracking sprint progress.
