The platform centralizes everything needed to invest intelligently: property search engine, market analysis, personalized recommendations based on investor profile, in-depth analyses, and profitability simulator with integrated taxation (LMNP, SCI à l'IS, real property income). 750+ registered users.

In this context, I personally designed and developed DevisRadar (deviradar.fr): a tool for analyzing contractor quotes that verifies the contractor's reliability through public databases, detects inconsistencies and price anomalies, and flags missing or incorrect legal notices.

Turnkey buy-to-let investment company based in Dijon, specializing in studios, 1-bedroom apartments, shared housing, and buildings. Created and managed entirely independently, alongside my engineering position until the end of 2024.

The goal: for our clients to completely delegate their project to us, from the initial idea to renting it out. We handle the entire chain: investment strategy, property search and selection, financing assistance, renovation management, notary assistance, legal expertise, and rental management.
