**Ikima 1 (ikima.one)**: Solo-delivered sports MVP web app. Node.js pipeline for AI image and video generation in production (fal.ai), 84 visuals for 181 exercises, cost around $300. Type-safe static front-end on Cloudflare, 935 tests, 9 ADRs, full review of AI sub-agent orchestration.
**Kanpai Ø (kanpai0.co)**: Personal project in TypeScript, validating my AI-assisted development process (clean architecture, incremental delivery, quality without dogma). Public repository.
