Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations is a public financial institution carrying out public interest activities on behalf of the State and local authorities (management of savings funds, social housing financing, etc.). I took on the role of Scrum Master for two teams (24 people, within a SAFe train of 6 teams) developing a platform to aid in prioritizing energy renovation of buildings, in a complex and highly cross-functional organizational context.

• Implemented delivery piloting indicators (quality, productivity, predictability) providing better visibility to teams and stakeholders.

I served as Scrum Master for two DevOps technical teams responsible for Microsoft Azure and Clever Cloud platforms within an IT department of approximately 1,000 people organized according to a scaled Agile model (Spotify type). The teams were responsible for the maintenance and evolution of the platforms, as well as supporting development teams in their cloud migration projects.
