Assignment for SNCF Réseau: Responsible for the renewal project of the Industrial Production System for Train Schedules (SIPH) to meet current and future challenges of the French railway system.

- Coordination of integration activities for TPS software for the HaCon, Talan, SSG group (Paris + Hanover: 30 people). Replacement and go-live in December 2020 of the new train planning software in France.

- Domain Service Manager for Payment Systems (BNP) - Resources France + Global Morocco)

- Business Development for Business Schools (Laureate Institute, IFG, EM Lyon): implementation of platforms using new technologies. Digital Marketing Optimization. Organization of integration into a common Learning Management System platform. Delivery of a student analysis POC involving technologies: WATSON, Node.js, Angular.

- Co-manager of the Transition & Transformation stream for a major outsourcing project (600 people) for a French car manufacturer:

- Responsible for industrializing maintenance and go-live of major applications related to HR and employee repositories for Michelin.

- Service Manager for Carrefour Finance: Customer relationship management, budget, teams for the central CRM Siebel application (15 people: France + India).

- Consulting and assistance assignment at Société Générale: rationalization of pricing, operational and financial risk management for the group's IT projects.

- Co-manager of the migration program at ProBTP: leading the scoping study, detailed study, and migration of a complete IS (50 people). First-line manager of a team of 10 people within IBM GBServices.

Improving the profitability of all new GBS projects during Solutioning and Delivery.

- Conducting reviews for the evaluation and selection of tenders > €3M.

- Implementation, optimization, and conduct of reviews aimed at managing risks and profitability of projects > €500k, from the project start-up phase of the division.

- Coordination and conduct of Corporate Audits. Direct reporting to the GBS General Manager.
