Specializing in e-commerce and more generally in the web, I generally work on all phases of a product, notably through a methodology established and proven during my experience at Prestashop and then refined during my time at Disneyland Paris (especially for data/KPIs):

- design thinking with the UX team

- user tests

- creation of User Stories and backlog prioritization

- creation and management of the roadmap

- development monitoring

- functional testing

For over 10 years as a Product Owner / Product Manager, this sentence has been my leitmotif in my work and is, in my opinion, the foundation of product management.

Whatever the tasks, whatever the mission, it is essential to know your target audience, your users, to know where to go, to provide the right answers to the issues raised, and above all to deliver the right product. Because making a product is simple. But making a product that meets a real need, that provides a real solution, and therefore maximizes the chances of success, is much more complicated. But this is precisely where the most interesting and challenging part lies. And that's why I continue to love my job and want to contribute my skills
