Led a project to enhance service workflows and develop automations to streamline operations and reduce staff workload. Utilising Salesforce Service Cloud and AI technologies to build systems that efficiently collect required information from customers contacting the support centre and routing them to the most appropriate agent. This project involved designing advanced case layouts, implementing sophisticated routing rules, and creating dynamic flows to improve overall interaction and service efficiency.

My work focused on leveraging AI to accelerate service delivery and refine existing processes, resulting in increased operational efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction. The solutions I developed minimised manual tasks, allowing staff to concentrate on more complex issues. By collaborating closely with various teams, I ensured that these innovations not only met technical requirements but also aligned with broader business objectives, ultimately contributing to the success of the project and the organisation.

I led a team developing a new Experience Cloud community for healthcare providers. This cutting-edge platform enables doctors to conveniently ask for, and get second opinions on complex cases, promoting collaboration and learning. The project used the latest Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user engagement and satisfaction in an up-to-date responsive design.

I streamlined continuous deployment with GitHub Actions to efficiently deliver updates and new features. TailwindCSS was used as the CSS framework to achieve a highly customizable design system that maintained visual consistency across the platform.

I contributed at each stage of development from conception to roll out ensuring every detail was thoroughly examined and implemented at a high level of quality. Consequently, we had a strong online community that physicians could access either through mobile applications or web platforms making it easier to share information among registered doctors. At the centre of my journey as an IT specialist were some exciting projects I was able to talk about which were clear indicators of how advanced technology may be applied

I specialised in designing and delivering customised solutions that optimised the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. My expertise included using Apex for backend logic, Lightning Web Components for a streamlined user interface, and integrating with Salesforce APIs. As a practice leader, I championed the adoption of Salesforce development standards, advocated for Salesforce DX methodologies, and implemented advanced CI/CD processes for deployments.

In my collaborative approach, I work closely with client-side project managers and design teams, weaving the vision across cross-functional landscapes. This ensures that our deliverables not only adhere to Salesforce standards but also align seamlessly with broader business goals and user experience imperatives.
