In this role, I supported job seekers in making their professional strengths visible, creating compelling application documents, and purposefully finding suitable positions. I led training sessions on self-presentation, job interviews, and career reorientation, and individually assisted participants in their job search and preparation for specific hires. Additionally, I was actively involved in personnel placement, working closely with regional companies to bring suitable candidates directly into employment.
