SPVIE is an insurance company seeking to undergo a digital transformation, with the goal of providing its current customers with a mobile application for managing their contracts and advanced online services. These tools are intended to improve communication with their advisors and simplify customers' daily tasks.

In ateam of about ten people**, we worked using the **agile SCRUMmethodology with 2-week sprints.

During this time, we successfullydevelopedand launched2 different mobile applications**. Additionally, we **created a complex online journeyallowing potential customers to automatically obtain insurance in under 5 minutes. The result of these projects led to a 30% increase in customer satisfaction and attracted over 200 new customers in the first week.

👉 I led the front-end development of the 2 React Native mobile applications, intended for their +400k customers, within an agile team of about ten people.

👉 Designed key features for the online journey allowing potential customers to automatically obtain insurance in under 5 minutes.

👉 Integrated continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for both mobile applications under the supervision of the DevOps Manager.

In a **team of 4 people**, we followed an agile approach, conducting rapid iteration cycles of one to two weeks.

During this experience, all the technologies and tools used were completely new to me. **Through on-the-job learning, I became proficient**, even reaching an expert level in some of these technologies.

👉 **I built a mobile application from scratch**, implementing several major updates, including a referral system that attracted over 10,000 new users, a live chat system with a peak of 350 active users in real-time, real-time messaging, etc.

👉 Designed all the UI and UX mockups for the mobile application, as well as the branding, including the logo, app stores, colors, typography, etc.

👉 Developed advanced growth hacking tools that facilitated the acquisition of over 50,000 new users for our platform.

👉 Developed a moderation panel, with React, that effectively managed the moderation of over 10,000 new daily content items.

👉 Integrated advanced front-end analytics to analyze specific user behaviors with Amplitude.

👉 Created video generation tools to automate the creation of targeted ads with vanilla JavaScript.
