In this capacity, I have designed, developed, and deployed several Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots, reducing manual efforts by 8 FTE's across multiple departments. This allows team members to focus on more strategic, high-value activities, thereby significantly contributing to the company's growth.

With a focus on continuous optimization, I am always researching and implementing the latest industry best practices to keep our automation solutions ahead of the curve. Utilizing JavaScript, I enhance and modify existing applications, introducing new functionalities and eliminating bugs for an overall smoother experience. Through collaboration and effective communication in Google Workplace, I ensure that my projects align with organizational goals and expectations.

As a Process Automation Assistant, I utilize tools such as Google Apps Script, Python, JavaScript, SAP ERP Scripting, and Salesforce automation to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes. My expertise in Google Workspace enables me to collaborate, analyze data, and automate workflows, while my Python and JavaScript skills allow me to build custom solutions and applications. I also work with SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM to extract, manipulate, and integrate data. By implementing automated workflows, I empower our team to concentrate on higher-level tasks, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
