Develop data analysis solutions, create automations that streamline processes in Excel spreadsheets/databases, within a supply chain, seeking quality and accuracy in the generated plans; create RPA scripts/robots to streamline processes; develop intelligent solutions for a team of analysts, tactical analysts, and engineers with the goal of improving data quality, focusing on efficiency in analysis and processes, and generating value for the tool used internally that generates and manipulates information from various data sources, extracting results, analyzing metrics, and comparing values and data, seeking accuracy/integrity in information and data, identifying potential causes of errors/failures, generating strategic outputs from all processes, applying improvements, creating screens (interfaces) for better management of robots/scripts, solutions developed in Python and AI, developing unit tests in code, verifying its coverage and vulnerability in the SonarQube tool analysis, working on fixing issues, bugs, and deploying to environments, analyzing failures, and monitoring the pipeline process. Jenkins/Github Actions, understanding the client and their needs from a user perspective in an intuitive, well-crafted, and collaborative way to seek the best approach in the development of processes and applied logic, with the aim of raising the level of work and automation.

Performed functional and non-functional tests, as well as tests through the automation of these tests using Robot Framework and Visual Studio Code. For load and performance testing, JMeter was used as the main tool. Additionally, test scripts were written, documentation and product specifications were created, using Testlink for test management, Agile methodology, and Kanban (Microsoft Planner) for task management. I also gained experience as a PO (Product Owner) defining and contributing to better business strategies, organizing project priorities, creating requirement/story documentation, reviewing content for a good understanding of the application/modification made by the development team, preparing sprints, holding daily meetings with the team/client for project alignment focusing on priorities and continuous improvements, always adding quality to the product and a sense of User Experience, monitoring all product development until final delivery/approval/validation with the client.

Execution of manual test cases, creation of test cases according to client requirements, planning, project management, bug reporting in the JIRA tool, collection of logs/evidence, tracking of cases until their correction, functional, regression, and various exploratory tests. Experience with various testing tools (internal to the company) and their processes, along with other general validations of applications integrated into systems (Android), smartphones, and Samsung devices. After gaining experience, I specialized in the multimedia team, becoming a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist within said team, working with camera software, image, video, and audio quality, and all its functions and configurations. My responsibilities included executing manual test cases, creating test cases based on client requirements, planning, reporting, and tracking open bugs, providing logs/evidence to the development team, performing functional, regression, and acceptance tests, and developing exploratory testing strategies based on user experience to prevent potential errors in production/market, analyzing and drafting documentation, requirements, translations, and user manuals, performing compatibility, pairing, and connectivity tests, and general tests using the iOS system (TestFlight) and smartwatches (Tizen).
