Self-employed, I work with videographers on the production and direction of audiovisual projects. Acting as a business introducer and project manager, I handle client management and provide support in the production, capture, and editing of projects.

a) Operational Business IT Project - Monitoring operational IT system evolutions, writing specifications, and testing in collaboration with the software editor - Simplifying user journeys (UX) - Implementing KPIs, data analysis in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team - Database issues to analyze and resolve - Requesting modifications via scripts (SQL) b) Taxation Project - Benchmarking, meetings, analysis, and selection of a service provider

Operations Management As part of structuring new distribution/production contracts. a) Project Management: • Functional audit (processes & systems) • Gathering and prioritizing needs from the entire chain (from sales phase to reporting to distributed artists) • Functional solution optimization & design: process definition, writing operating procedures, communication to relevant teams b) Product Management: • Writing specifications (description of expected functionalities and tools) in conjunction with various business stakeholders. (JIRA) • Monitoring deployment, testing & validation of delivered results (AGILE Method) • Benchmarking & Monitoring of identical products
