Víctor Sánchez López-Hermoso

I am a Senior Software Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Microsoft technologies and over 12 years working with Angular. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with companies from different sectors and countries — Spain, Czech Republic, Denmark, Belgium — both remotely and in a hybrid format, which has given me a broad perspective and the ability to adapt quickly to diverse teams and contexts.

My specialty is full-stack development with a backend focus, building robust, scalable, and well-architected solutions. I primarily work with .NET 8+, C#, Azure, SQL Server, and Angular, and have solid experience in microservices architecture, Domain Driven Design, Clean Architecture, and observability with OpenTelemetry.

In my recent experiences, I led as IC4 in Mews' critical accounting domain, where I managed a microservice for real-time accounting transaction processing, improved event handling from a legacy monolith, and optimized messaging infrastructure.

At Hitachi Digital Services, I developed a RESTful Web API for real-time recommendations and orchestrated the deployment of microservices on Azure with Docker and Kubernetes.

As a freelancer since 2021, I have been supporting clients in developing solutions from scratch: translating ideas into concrete functionalities, making informed technical decisions, and ensuring alignment with business requirements without losing sight of quality and scalability.

I am comfortable working in agile environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and clearly communicating technical decisions to both technical and business profiles. I also enjoy working with AI applied to development: I regularly use GitHub Copilot and Claude as part of my workflow.
