Sushi Panda Spain is a business group with 14 restaurant locations undergoing expansion and franchise model development. I was hired as an Organizational Culture Project Manager to help them standardize and professionalize personnel management, in collaboration with the HR department, ensuring a smooth and orderly change management process. My work includes the development and implementation of sustainable processes, training of managers and base staff, coaching and management development for operations and HR, plus impact measurement with performance indicators.

To date, substantial improvements are being recorded in the work climate, talent attraction and retention, service quality and customer reviews, local sales, and business profit margins.

The Cobra Group has a delegation in Rota (Cadiz) for projects with the American client (American Naval Base). I was initially hired to provide soft skills training for all project managers and department heads, and seeing the positive impact, I was hired as an Organizational Culture Project Manager. The project's objective was to help them implement a sustainable teamwork system that ensures optimal collaboration and coordination among all technical departments.

This system is having a very positive impact on the 4 key indicators: budget, quality, safety, and deadlines.

Additionally, I am hired as a Partnering Facilitator for Partnering sessions with the American client, both at the beginning of projects and when significant modifications arise.

Grupo DIMASA is a distribution company for professional hygiene systems and hospitality equipment in Jerez de la Frontera (Cadiz). I was initially hired to coach two department heads (sales and administration), but I ended up working with the entire company.

The service evolved into an Organizational Culture Project where we implemented an incident system with incentives that generated excellent results.

Among the achievements, we can highlight a drastic reduction in failures and costs, optimizing operations and directly impacting the business's profitability. By improving organization, standardizing processes, and implementing professional HR systems (such as selection, onboarding, and training), we built an employee value proposition, which was then translated to the website and social media, positively impacting employer brand reputation.
